Thank you so much for the feedback this week regarding this news letter. It means so much to me.
I took yesterday off from my phone/computer with the exception of some updates here and there.
Next week, I’ll be back with my long-winded content for you.
Tonight, I’d like to encourage you to pick up a journal, and write at least one entry. Write how you’re feeling in your life. Write what you’re up to at this exact moment. Write down some of your raw emotions and feelings.
I’ve been writing in my journal religiously for about 5 years now. It’s so wonderful for me to read what I wrote, one, two, or three years ago to reflect on my growth, and see where I am now.
There are also so many things that we forget.
What I find most fascinating is that we often write what our intuition is telling us before we even consciously process it. It’s special for me to validate my own decisions months or years later with my own writing.
I have a favorite pen that I write with, and a favorite brand of journal. I exclusively journal in Moleskin hard cover journals. I LOVE THEM.
Even if you only journal once a week, or once a month, going back to see where you’ve been is really important. It’s documenting your history.
I hope you’re inspired and decide to pick up your journals and get some pen to paper today.

Journaling has definitely been a big part of helping my introspection over the last two years. Having to commit vague feelings into words on a page makes me really think about what I’m feeling and what that means.
